The facility was comfortable and cozy, with clean rooms and a well-equipped bathroom. Its location behind the train station was convenient for those needing to be in that area. The staff was prompt and helpful, even though they were offsite. The free parking and proximity to the Minimetro stop made it easy to explore the city.
Nothing, all great.

This B&B was mind-blowing! The quick walk to the train station and local shops was super convenient. The free WiFi was excellent, allowing my partner to work on their laptop with no issues. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and came with the warmest blanket ever! The shared bathroom was always sparkling clean. The apartment itself was of very high standards, with a modern bathroom and comfy beds. It had a flexible arrival time and a responsive host. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and airy, perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. We loved having a large balcony and a kitchen. Being close to the train and bus station made it easy to explore the city. The breakfast at the nearby bar was more enjoyable than at the train station bar. The staff, especially Dary, provided immediate help whenever we needed it. And the room with a balcony overlooking the train station was jaw-dropping. a super satisfying stay with all the amenities we needed!

The room was cozy and comfortable with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom fitted with a bath or shower. It felt like a home away from home. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the airport and nearby attractions like the Etruscan Well and Golf Club Perugia. The air-conditioning in all rooms was a relief during the hot summer days. The free WiFi in the guestrooms was a great convenience, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The safety features at the property, including a carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, and deadbolt lock, gave me peace of mind.
Check-in process could be improved.

Recently stayed at a lovely B&B in Perugia for a few days. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the mini-metro. The room was comfortable, spacious, and faced away from the road, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief in the summer heat. Additionally, the hotel offered private bathrooms in the rooms, a feature that not all accommodations had. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. a great experience!
Do recommend this hotel.

The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with a nice seating area to relax in. As someone who appreciates a homely atmosphere, I felt right at home. The air conditioning was a big plus for me, as I hate feeling hot and stuffy when I sleep. It made my stay much more enjoyable. The flat-screen TV in the room was a great way to wind down after a long day of exploring Perugia. I could catch up on my favorite shows and movies. The free WiFi was a lifesaver for staying connected with my friends and family back home. I could easily share my amazing vacation moments with them.
Personally, I didn't enjoy the bidet in the bathroom. It was something I wasn't accustomed to, but I understand that it may be a cultural preference for others.

My stay at this B&B was absolutely amazing! The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were mind-blowing. The shared bathroom was incredibly spacious and spotless. I was so impressed by the friendly staff who went above and beyond by keeping my forgotten item and even delivering it to a nearby bar for my friend to pick up. The location, just behind the train station, made check-in a breeze without having to drag my luggage a long way. The convenience of being close to the minimetro and train station was jaw-dropping. Additionally, the nearby mini market was super convenient. The beds were so comfortable, I had a hard time getting out of them in the morning. The clean rooms and well-equipped kitchen, complete with a microwave oven, cooker, sink, and fridge, were absolutely perfect. I loved that the apartment had a balcony that overlooked the train station. The overall high standards of this place, including the modern bathroom and comfy beds, really impressed me. The host was incredibly responsive and flexible with the arrival time. I couldn't have asked for a better base for my travels. With amenities like free WiFi, an outdoor dining area, a flat-screen TV, a lift, an electric kettle, and cookware/kitchen utensils available. The fact that cots were available was an added bonus. The non-smoking and no-pets policy was a breath of fresh air. And let's not forget about the air conditioning that kept me cool and comfortable throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back!

The location of this accommodation was a major plus for me. It was just a short walk from both the train station and the MiniMetro cable cars, making it easy to explore the city and take day trips. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a balcony in some cases. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. there was a good supply of amenities like soap, shampoo, towels, and toilet paper throughout my stay.
One downside of this accommodation was the noise. The rooms facing the road experienced constant traffic noise, which made it difficult for me to sleep.
